Is Ad Hoc awesome. You’re damn right it is. Is waiting in line for half an hour for $20 fried chicken awesome at a place that’s kind of Ad Hoc… but really just a shack off to the side?… probably not. (don’t get me wrong it’s a nice looking shack)
I’m not sold - is this for people that somehow end up Yountville but didn’t plan ahead for Ad Hoc? No offense, but who goes to Yountville? Maybe for a Thomas Keller pilgrimage? But really, really?
